Equal Justice Talks Webinar Series 2026-2027 - Beyond the Courtroom: Resources and Support for the IDD Community

Mental health struggles and moments of crisis can be difficult to talk about. But knowing how to recognize distress, respond effectively, and have honest conversations can make a meaningful difference.

Join us for an engaging and candid discussion exploring mental health, emotional distress, crisis support, and how we can become more confident navigating difficult conversations. Attendees will gain practical insight into recognizing when someone may need additional support, responding with empathy and intention, and connecting individuals and families with appropriate resources.
