Training Specialist - The Arc of Cape May
The Arc of Cape May County is seeking a Training Specialist to coordinate and conduct mandatory and voluntary courses that benefit employees and people supported by the agency. The Training Specialist coordinates and conducts agency orientations and other trainings to acquaint employees with the organization’s philosophy, goals, programs, and practices. The Training Specialist is responsible for scheduling, preparing for, conducting, and tracking agency training programs which will enhance the agency’s Quality Assurance and Compliance initiatives.
