Supports for Supported Employment

Training and Consultation Services (TCS) is a DDD-funded program that specializes in developing high-quality assistance and education related to supported employment. Our customizable trainings help providers develop the skills they need to perform at high standards and teach advocates how to benefit best from this service. Attendees can pick from our current training catalogue or request a new training specific to their needs. TCS is also available to consult on any questions or concerns related to supported employment in New Jersey. Our services have no limits to the number of uses and are completely free of charge to those receiving or providing DDD supported employment, so please reach out if we can assist you in any way.

Program Features

  • New Content – TCS frequently develops new trainings to ensure you have access to continuously-evolving and up-to-date education. Training topics are decided by user request and reported needs in the field.
  • Open Trainings – TCS hosts bimonthly virtual sessions of new and in-demand trainings that are open to the public and don’t require registration or prerequisites to attend.
  • Office Hours – TCS hosts biweekly virtual meetings without a set agenda to allow you to get your questions answered quickly without the hassle of scheduling. Office hours are open to the public, and drop-ins are welcome at any time during the meeting periods.
    • Wednesdays from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
    • Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m
