Learn about the Programs with The Arc of NJ and Navigating System Agencies. Reana Panday is the Communications Coordinator at The Arc of New Jersey. She received her Bachelors of Arts from Vassar College, where she was introduced to mission driven work centered around community engagement. During her undergrad, she served on the board for the college’s Doctors Without Borders chapter and worked as a librarian assistant. Her passion for community education and literacy led her to becoming an Adult and Youth Librarian in LaGrangeville, New York. Reana has since moved to central New Jersey, and continues to serve as a liaison of communication and community in her new position at The Arc of New Jersey. She hopes to solidify the connections between The Arc’s governmental advocacy with the public, while promoting and supporting The Arc at large.
