Join us for a webinar about Supportive Decision Making with Craig Ismaili of DRNJ. Craig Ismaili recently rejoined Disability Rights New Jersey as a Supervising Attorney, where he oversees a diverse range of federal, state, and administrative litigation. He previously worked at the organization for three years as a Staff Attorney, advocating for clients in Medicaid appeals and developing federal litigation strategies to challenge systemic barriers under the ADA. His prior experience includes working as an Associate Attorney at Health Law Alliance, as an associate attorney at Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla in the firm's Corporate, IP, and Healthcare groups. He handled both litigation and transactional matters, including M&A transactions. Craig began his legal career after law school as a Litigation Fellow with AARP Foundation Litigation, focusing on systemic reform cases affecting older adults. Craig earned his Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law, where he was a Staff Editor for the Jurisprudence Review. During law school, he gained extensive public service experience through externships with the WashU Law Appellate Clinic, the National Health Law Program, and the Roderick & Solange MacArthur Justice Center. He is admitted to the New Jersey Bar. Outside of his legal practice, Craig enjoys going to concerts with his wife Katie, playing with his rescue dog Jackie, and following New Jersey Devils hockey.
