Samantha Goldfarb is the Director of Training and Consultation Services at The Arc of New Jersey. She has several years of experience working for people with IDD in many roles, including as a job coach, residential DSP, and day-habilitation volunteer. Samantha provides free trainings to job coaches, self-advocates, and their families with the goal of improving the quality and experience of supported employment in New Jersey.
