The Nuts and Bolts about SSI and Medicaid
Join the Criminal Justice Advocacy Program on Tuesday, November 17th, at 11:00 AM for an informative presentation on Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Medicaid for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This session will cover eligibility requirements, application processes, financial resource limits, Special Needs Trusts, ABLE accounts, and New Jersey FamilyCare options.
Participants will gain practical knowledge, helpful resources, and a better understanding of how to navigate these benefits, plan for the future, and support greater independence and access to essential services.
