This online acting class is a fun, supportive, and inclusive space where adults can explore self-expression, creativity, and confidence through acting. Designed for all experience levels, the class focuses on enjoyment, participation, and personal growth rather than performance pressure.

Through interactive exercises such as improvisation, storytelling, role play movement, and simple scene work, participants develop communication skills, emotional expression, imagination, and social connection.

This class is ideal for adults with intellectual, developmental, or learning differences who enjoy creative activities and want to connect with others through the art of acting.

Lauren Moran is an entrepreneur, influencer, and content creator with over 25 years of experience in theatre and show business.
