Peaceful Potato Yoga
The class will be a gentle, basic level, beginner yoga class. We will start seated on the mats with some simple breathing techniques to settle in. We will move through a series of poses. (seated, standing, lying down on the back, etc.) It will be simple and modifications can be offered as needed. We will end with a guided relaxation at the end, with everyone lying down.
Please have either a yoga mat (preferred) or something you can sit and lie comfortably on.
