NJSAP: Food for Thought: Blueberry Banana Bread
Our guest presenter for this event is Veronica Ramirez, owner of Vero Pure Green, Health Coaching Services. She will be providing nutrition tips and teaching us how to prepare a healthy and delicious recipe. If you'd like to follow along please make sure to have the below ingredients on hand:
• 1 3⁄4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1⁄2 teaspoon pink salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 cup mashed ripe banana (2 large or 3 small bananas)
• 1⁄2 cup coconut or brown sugar
• 1⁄4 cup of maple syrup or honey
• 2 large eggs or flaxseed eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1⁄2 cup olive oil
• 1 cup blueberries
• 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
