For juice : ▢ Strawberries - 1 container
▢ Blueberries - 1 container
▢ Raspberries - 1 container
▢ Blackberries - 1 container
▢ 1 apple of choice Need a juicer and a strainer
For tropical smoothie:
▢ 1 cup mango chunks, frozen
▢ 1 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
▢ 1 ripe banana, frozen
▢ 1 cup coconut milk beverage, (for best flavor, or sub any plant-based milk of your choice)
▢ ½ cup orange juice
▢ ¼ cup dragon fruit or passion fruit, (or sub strawberries or raspberries which aren't tropical fruits, but are still delicious)
