Webinar: Creating a Transition IEP
This webinar is geared to students 16-21 with intellectual/developmental disabilities, their families, and professional in the field. Topics will include: What is a transition plan, what should be included, and how can it be integrated in the IEP.
Planning For Adult Life activities, events, and materials are conducted in partnership with The Arc of New Jersey and Community Access Unlimited with funding from the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities.
