Please join us in this one hour webinar where guest presenter Attorney Phil Nettl, Esq. of Benedict and Altman, will provide an overview of the expungement process and provide practical information for those who may be able to use this process to eliminate older criminal convictions, improving the ability to find employment and housing, and explain the changes to the law. As part of the recent trend toward criminal justice reform, Phil will discuss how the NJ Legislature, like many around the country, has made some significant changes to Title 52, New Jersey’s expungement statute which creates a statutory scheme to allow the expungement of criminal arrests and convictions in certain circumstance.
