HLP Event: Living on the Smile Side of Life with Laughter for the Health of It!
Guest presenter Noreen Braman will be leading a session of Laughter Yoga. Learn why laughter is a human survival skill, used by humans even longer than spoken language. Find out the “side effects” of a good, hearty belly laugh. Practice smiling, and how to fool your brain into releasing those “feel good” hormones. Finish the program with a sample of laughter wellness/laughter yoga exercises that help you learn to "laugh for no reason" without jokes or comedy.
