 ter:\nBianca Najera is the Training and Technical Assistance Coordinator f
 or the New Jersey Self-Advocacy Program. She graduated from Montclair Stat
 e University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and minors in Family S
 cience\, Human Development\, and Child Advocacy and Policy. Bianca works w
 ith individuals across the state to provide trainings on a variety of topi
 cs. She is passionate about helping adults with intellectual and developme
 ntal disabilities live more fulfilling and empowered lives.
