 e.\nMichael Brower supervises the Community Inclusion team at Disability R
 ights New Jersey\, a private non-profit designated as New Jersey’s Protect
 ion and Advocacy system for people with disabilities. A 2012 graduate of R
 utgers Law School in Camden\, Michael started his career at a respected co
 nsumer bankruptcy firm\, and developed a connection to disability rights i
 ssues through volunteer work at events for people with intellectual and de
 velopmental disabilities. He joined Disability Rights New Jersey in 2016\,
  where his team works on lowering legal barriers that prevent people with 
 all kinds of disabilities from participating as full members of their comm
