 C\nhas over 30 years of experience in the IDD field\, and over 25 years of
  experience as a Registered Nurse. She is a Certified Developmental Disabi
 lities Nurse and a Board-Certified Nurse Coach. Annette currently serves a
 s the Senior Director of Health Services for The Arc of Monmouth\, where s
 he oversees the operations of the organization’s clinical services which i
 ncludes primary care\, psychiatry\, mental health counseling\, physical th
 erapy\, occupational therapy\, speech\, nursing\, and behavioral supports.
  Annette has held various leadership positions in nursing and program oper
 ations for organizations that provide services to the IDD community. Annet
 te holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration and a Bachelor of S
 cience in Nursing.
