 lowing item in her workout routine:\n-A sturdy hard cover book\n-A pillow 
 (smaller in size\, like a decorative couch pillow)\n-A chair with a backin
 g but no arms\n-A wall\n-Laundry detergent\, or gallon of water\n-2 soup c
