 ey\, a private non-profit designated as New Jersey’s Protection and Advoca
 cy system for people with disabilities. A 2012 graduate of Rutgers Law Sch
 ool in Camden\, Michael started his career at a respected consumer bankrup
 tcy firm\, and developed a connection to disability rights issues through 
 volunteer work at events for people with intellectual and developmental di
 sabilities. He joined Disability Rights New Jersey in 2016\, where his tea
 m works on lowering legal barriers that prevent people with all kinds of d
 isabilities from participating as full members of their communities.\n\nCl
