  her workout routine:\n-A sturdy hard cover book\n-A pillow (smaller in si
 ze\, like a decorative couch pillow)\n-A chair with a backing but no arms
 \n-A wall\n-Laundry detergent\, or gallon of water\n-2 soup cans or 2 toma
