 state of New Jersey\, there are distinct and defined social services for b
 oth\, mental health and IDD\, however\, what are the implications of havin
 g both diagnoses?\n\n \n\nMariam Spall\, MSW\, the Assistant Director of M
 edallion Care Behavioral Health Services\, will be discussing case studies
  of individuals with dual diagnoses. The case reviews will address the mul
 tifaceted and complex factors one with mental illness and IDD experience\,
  while also identifying the interventions and supports that provided the n
 ecessary assistance to advocate and assist the individual along the way to
  ensure the individual receives the most appropriate care. This discussion
  will review symptomology\, diagnostic concerns\, as well as treatment spe
