  \n\nJared B. Oberweis\, Esq.\, concentrates his practice in estate and tr
 ust matters\, guardianships\, and adult services. Jared enjoys ensuring th
 e rights of individuals with disabilities are protected. He writes and spe
 aks on topics concerning the rights of individuals with disabilities and t
 heir families. Jared was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and Pennsylvania B
 ar in 2014 after receiving a Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University Scho
 ol of Law. At Duquesne University School of Law\, Jared served on Duquesne
  Law Review as a Senior Staff Editor. Prior to law school\, he obtained a 
 Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh\, graduating 
 Cum Laude. Jared is currently a member of the Mercer County Bar Associatio
 n and volunteers to provide pro bono services to the local community. Jare
 d and his family actively support the Special Olympics of New Jersey. Outs
 ide of work\, Jared enjoys golfing\, cooking\, and traveling. He currently
  lives in Yardville\, New Jersey with his fiancé\, Lyssa\, and their dog\,
  Jax.
