Diana will speak abou t her life experiences and why self-advocacy is so important for different ly-abled people. This event is free and open to the public. She will be i ntroduced by Tom Baffuto\, Executive Director of The Arc of New Jersey and John Whitehead\, CEO of The Arc of Warren County.\n\n \n\nDiana is an acc omplished young woman who speaks publically to increase awareness and enco urage everyone to grow and develop. She is a resident of New Jersey where she lives independently. She spoke at the United Nations at their first c elebration of World Down Syndrome Day in 2012. She has received The Arc o f New Jersey’s Bill Sackter Award and the National Down Syndrome Society M elissa Reggio Voices Award. Diana was also awarded the 2003 Rebecca S.
