 ty will be holding a virtual event with Diana Stolfo\, Experienced Down Sy
 ndrome Self-Advocate\, at 3 p.m. on March 19\, 2021 in honor of Developmen
 tal Disabilities Month and World Down Syndrome Day.  Diana will speak abou
 t her life experiences and why self-advocacy is so important for different
 ly-abled people.  This event is free and open to the public. She will be i
 ntroduced by Tom Baffuto\, Executive Director of The Arc of New Jersey and
  John Whitehead\, CEO of The Arc of Warren County.\n\n \n\nDiana is an acc
 omplished young woman who speaks publically to increase awareness and enco
 urage everyone to grow and develop.  She is a resident of New Jersey where
  she lives independently. She spoke at the United Nations at their first c
 elebration of World Down Syndrome Day in 2012.  She has received The Arc o
 f New Jersey’s Bill Sackter Award and the National Down Syndrome Society M
 elissa Reggio Voices Award.  Diana was also awarded the 2003 Rebecca S. Mc
 Donald Award which recognizes students for overcoming obstacles and succes
 sfully transitioning from school to adult life.\n\nAdditional speaking eng
 agements of Diana’s include keynote speaker for The Arc of New Jersey’s An
 nual Conference on Medical Care\, The Arc of New Jersey’s Annual Self-Advo
 cacy Conference and UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson Medical School\, Patient Cen
 tered Medicine Conference.\n\n \n\nIn addition to her advocacy work\, Dian
 a maintains a well-rounded career holding positions as a sales associate\,
  a clerical assistant and a receptionist. \n\n \n\n“We are honored to have

 rc of Warren County. “It was important for us\, as an Agency\, to recogniz
 e Developmental Disabilities Month and World Down Syndrome Day in a signif
