 ! A guest presenter Lisa LaMarca from In Home Personal Training (IHT) will
  be presenting a nutrition class on healthy foods. The class will explore 
 the meaning and benefits of a well balanced diet relating to improving gen
 eral health and energy in our daily busy lives.\n\nLisa has always been pa
 ssionate about helping others with their personal health goals. Growing up
  in a health 'club' envirnoment\, she was exposed to exercise and wellness
  at a very young age\, often assisting her mother with exercise classes. S
 he has coached a Master's Swim Team\, taught Bootcamp classes\, personal t
 rained with various populations and conducted nutrition/healthy eating sem
 inars\, weight loss challenges and workshops. She is a graduate of Montcla
 ir State University with a BS in Food and Nutrition and Texas Tech Univers
 ity with an MS in Food and Nutrition. Lisa is also a certified Health Coac
 h with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN). A strong believer in 
 perseverance\, Lisa enjoys supporting and motivating her clients to meet t
 heir goals\, both long and short terms goals. She looks forward to meeting
  new people and learning their stories!
