 mental disabilities. \n\nWhat is a Virtual Walk? \nInstead of joining toge
 ther on the boardwalk\, each person/family will wear their t-shirt and wal
 k in their own neighborhood\, trail\, or even on a treadmill on September 
 12\, 2020. We're going to include as many fun elements as we can\, plus a 
 few new things to make this year's event exciting for everyone. We'll have
  a virtual warm-up stretch and a virtual dance party to end the day. There
  will be plenty of personalized shout-outs to participants along the way\,
  a photo contest\, and even a new race option: The 100 Mile Challenge!!\n
 \nWe hope you'll join as a walker or runner\, build your own personal fund
 raising page\, and invite friends and family to share in The Arc's mission
 .
