 tion\, as originally planned\, we are giving you the reins! Walk or Run to
  support individuals with The Arc of Middlesex County in our mission to su
 pport individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and 
 their families.\n\nWe invite participants between August 10th-August 23rd 
 to head outside in their neighborhoods\, visit a local park or even hop on
  their treadmills! Over this two week span\, all registered participants c
 an track their progress and share it with us on social media. We encourage
  you to take pictures and post screenshots of your participation to share 
 on Facebook and Instagram. Be sure to tag us @thearcmiddlesex and use the 
 hashtag #stepupforthearcmiddlesex. Each day of the event we will repost th
 ose of you who participated and showcase you on our social media pages.\n
 \nFor every person that signs up\, your name will be entered into a drawin
 g to receive a virtual $50 gift card. This drawing will occur on the final
  night of the event. The winner will be notified via email.\n\nSo challeng
