 th peers who “get it.” Attending a Sibshop allows siblings a chance to mee
 t one another in a relaxed setting. Children will have the opportunity to 
 participate in fun activities such as “Dear Aunt Blabby\,” and group discu
 ssions designed to help children express the joys and concerns of being a 
 sibling of a child with special needs. Sibshops acknowledge that brothers 
 and sisters of people with special needs\, like their parents\, may need s
 upport.\n\nSibshop events are free.\nOpen to children 8-12 years old.\nAft
 er you complete the pre-registration form\, you will receive a call to con
 firm your child is registered. Your child is not registered until you rece
 ive this call.\n\nWhile Sibshops aren’t therapy sessions\, they can be the
 rapeutic for some children.
