 Garden State Pathways Program at Camden County College. Students will have
  an opportunity to visit the campus and learn about the different aspects 
 of a college experience\, while families learn about the Garden State Path
 ways Program and its educational\, vocational and campus life supports.  
 \n\nThe Garden State Pathways Program is a post-secondary\, transitional p
 rogram sponsored by Camden County College in Blackwood and is designed for
  students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The program se
 rves students 18 years of age or older who are eligible for or received ID
 EA funding and are interested in learning a work-related skill\, as well a
 s enhancing their independence. For students who prefer to remain under th
 e IDEA entitlement until age 21\, they may enter the program after meeting
  all high school requirements\, despite not having accepted their official
  diploma. After completing all required courses and work experiences in th
 is two-year program\, students receive a certificate of Postsecondary Stud
 ies (CPS) from Camden County College
