New Jersey Senate Honors The Arc of New Jersey on its 60th Anniversary

On January 7, 2010, the New Jersey Senate recognized The Arc of New Jersey's 60 years of advocacy and service to the community with the presentation of a Senate Resolution on the Senate floor. Joining The Arc of New Jersey in the celebration were Myrta Rosa, a member of the NJ Statewide Self-Advocacy Netwok Advisory Board, and Kevin and Adrian Sturgis with their 6 year daughter Clare. The proclamation was delivered by Senate President Richard Codey and Senator Loretta Weinberg to The Arc of NJ Executive Director Thomas Baffuto and Assistant Executive Director Elizabeth Shea.
